Refund policy

At FaithWise + Co, we stand behind every piece we make. Each item is made to order just for you — which means less waste, more intention, and a product we're proud to put our name on. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we will make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something looks off — a defect, damage, or the wrong item entirely — reach out to us within 30 days of purchase at support@faithwiseco.com. We handle every concern personally and may ask for photos to help us evaluate the issue quickly. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we've reviewed your case, we'll let you know what we can do. Refunds and replacements are issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. No refunds or replacements will be issued after 30 days of purchase. Orders reported missing more than 30 days after the carrier's confirmed delivery date are not eligible for replacement or refund.

For refunds, we'll issue a credit to your original payment method. Please allow three to five business days for processing, depending on your bank. For replacements, we'll ship to the address on file. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to post the refund — if 15 business days have passed since we approved it and you haven't seen it, email us at support@faithwiseco.com and we'll look into it.
