How Do I Properly Care for My FaithWise + Co Shirts?

To ensure your FaithWise + Co shirts last and maintain their quality, it's important to follow these care instructions:

Washing Instructions:

  • Turn inside out: To protect the printed design, always turn the shirt inside out before washing.
  • Cold water wash: Wash your shirts in cold water on a gentle cycle to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric.
  • Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, and opt for a mild detergent to protect the fabric and print.

Drying Instructions:

  • Air dry if possible: We recommend air drying your shirt to maintain the fabric's integrity and prevent shrinking.
  • Low heat tumble dry: If you need to use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat to avoid damaging the print and fabric.

Ironing Instructions:

  • Avoid the design: If ironing is necessary, make sure to turn the shirt inside out and avoid ironing directly on the printed area.

By following these simple care guidelines, your shirts will stay soft, vibrant, and in great condition for a long time.

What Materials Do You Use?

At FaithWise + Co, we prioritize quality and comfort in every shirt we sell. Our shirts are made from high-quality materials, designed to provide a soft, durable, and comfortable fit.

Bella + Canvas 3001: This unisex t-shirt is crafted from 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton (pre-shrunk, though may shrink up to 5%), making it incredibly soft and lightweight with a premium feel. It’s known for its excellent durability and long-lasting wear. Some heathered colors in this style contain a blend of polyester for added softness and stretch.

Ash and Heather Prism colors - 99% cotton, 1% polyester; Heather and Solid Blend colors - 52% cotton, 48% polyester; Athletic Heather and Black Heather - 90% cotton, 10% polyester.

Comfort Colors 1717: The premium unisex Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirt is made from 100% ring-spun cotton, which gives it a soft, broken-in feel. These heavy weight shirts are also pre-shrunk and garment-dyed, which means they have a vintage, washed look perfect for casual, everyday wear.

Crewneck Sweatshirts: The unisex Gildan 18000 crewneck sweatshirt is made with a medium-heavy blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, giving it a cozy, durable feel that’s perfect for colder months. The ribbed knit collar helps it keep its shape wash after wash, and the design prints come out vibrant and lasting on this fabric mix. With no itchy side seams and cotton that’s 100% ethically grown in the U.S., it’s a classic, comfortable staple you’ll want to live in. Heather Sport colors are 60% polyester, 40% cotton.

Where are Your Products Made?

We prioritize delivering high-quality, responsibly made products and source our t-shirts from trusted brands such as Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan which are known for their commitment to ethical manufacturing. Bella + Canvas products are primarily made in the USA, with some assembly in Central America. Comfort Colors garments are dyed in the U.S. and assembled in Central America and the Caribbean. Gildan products are made in Nicaragua using 100% ethically grown US cotton.

For printing and fulfillment, we work with select partners based in the USA, ensuring efficient production and shipping to your location. Depending on the availability and order destination, your items will be fulfilled by one of our trusted providers, maintaining the same level of care and quality every step of the way.

This allows us to deliver your order promptly while upholding high production standards and minimizing environmental impact.

What is Your Return Policy?

We stand by the quality of our merchandise and aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Since each item is made to order specifically for you, this helps us maintain sustainability and minimize waste; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects or other concerns, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure that any problems are resolved fairly and quickly. To help us evaluate your case, we may ask for pictures of any defects or additional information regarding the issue. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date. Orders reported missing more than 30 days after the carrier's confirmed delivery date are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

When Will I Receive My Order?

At FaithWise + Co, we work with trusted partners to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Please note that we currently only ship within the U.S. market. Please review our shipping times below:

Orders are typically printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 5-7 business days.*

How Do I Choose the Right Size for My T-shirt?

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in every shirt you purchase. Our unisex garments are true to size and designed with premium fabrics for a great fit, but sizing can vary slightly between brands. To help you choose the right size, we’ve provided a link to our sizing charts on each product page.

We recommend measuring one of your favorite t-shirts or sweatshirts and comparing the dimensions to our charts for the best fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, sizing up might be the best option.

Please review the sizing chart provided on each product page to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. If your order hasn't gone to production yet, you can cancel it yourself using the Manage My Order link at the top of our site, or the button in your order confirmation email. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method automatically. Need a size, color, or shipping address change instead? Email support@faithwiseco.com the same day you order and we'll take care of it before your order prints.

Can I Purchase a Gift Card?

Yes! FaithWise + Co gift cards can be used to purchase any item in our online store. They are applied at checkout and can be used toward multiple purchases until the full balance is spent.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable:
Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

No Expiration:
Our gift cards do not expire, so feel free to use them whenever you’re ready!

Lost or Stolen Cards:
Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please keep your gift card information secure.

Gift Cards and Discounts:
Gift cards can be used for purchases in conjunction with discount codes or promotional offers unless stated otherwise. However, discount codes or promotional offers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
